Shipment Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom processing, carrier bottlenecks, or force majeure events.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses ROIF ships to addresses within mainland China and international destinations, utilizing major global courier services. However, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes ROIF is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages ROIF is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
